We look forward welcoming the company's employees and their expertise to the Recover Group ", says CEO of Recover Norway, Vegar Kristoffersen in a comment.

"I look forward to continuing to develop the company and the offering to the market as part of the Recover Group. We will continue to be a local, safe and quality-conscious partner, while we have access to increased resources and the opportunity to expand the offer in the market ", says Øyvind Lindtun, Managing Director, Bjerklind Bygg AS

The companies will operate as an independent company in the Recover group.

The formal takeover of the companies will take place as soon as the transactions have been approved by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
