Seeing several changes the last few years the company now has a strong strategic and operational management group with vast experience from both within as well as outside of the industry. All of the group management are shareholders in the company.

Ringqvist holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers Institute of Technology in Sweden and from ETH in Switzerland.
During the last 25 years he has worked primarily with service companies and held leadership positions at McKinsey, Telenor and Verisure Securitas Direct.
Ringqvist joined Recover as Group CEO in August 2020.

Erik holds a Master of Science degree, with Major in Finance from Norwegian School of Management BI, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia.
Erik came from the position as CFO of Norlandia Health & Care Group. Prior to this, Erik held several CFO positions within the Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors. He started his career at Goldman Sachs International.
Erik joined Recover as Group CFO in August 2022.

Christian joined Recover in January 2021 as Group CTO. Prior to Recover, he spent 12 years at Telenor in various commercial and technical roles including CIO, Head of Transformation and Head of Consumer Mobile.
Christian holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University.

Holter joined Recover in September 2020 as Head of Group M&A and entered into the position as Managing Director for Environmental Services the 1st of January 2023. Prior to Recover, he spent 7 years heading M&A for Sector Alarm, 2 years within investment banking in Danske Bank and 5 years in various positions for Det Norske Veritas.
Aleksander holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Edinburgh.

Kristoffersen joined as CEO of the Norwegian business in January 2016.
He came from the position as Director Operations in Stanley Security where he worked for 5 years. Prior to this he filled various positions in companies like Mesta and Sønnico. He graduated from the Norwegian Business School in 2004 with a Masters degree in Financial Economics.

Prior to joining ISS Facility Services in 2001, Kim spent
almost 18 years in the Danish army. During his career in ISS he took up
different positions as a senior manager. In 2005 he was promoted
Regional Director/Regional Executive in ISS Facility Services. In 2011
he took up the position as Business Unit Director at ISS Damage Control
and subsequently switched to Recover Nordic in Denmark in 2013 as
CEO/Country Manager.
Kim holds a Diploma in Management from Niels Brock.

Antti joined the team in February 2020 as CEO of Recover Nordic in Finland. Prior to this he was general manager/VP for Relacom Finland, which is a field service company within technical infrastructure. Before he was nominated as CEO in 2017 he had several VP roles in Relacom. Antti has also been general manager/VP of Orbion Consulting.
Antti holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology and an Executive MBA in Creative Leadership from Management Institute of Finland.
