Seeing several changes the last few years the company now has a strong strategic and operational management group with vast experience from both within as well as outside of the industry. All of the group management are shareholders in the company.
Ted holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
Before joining Recover, Ted has built extensive experience in managing service and logistics centered organizations with previous leadership positions in Green Cargo (CEO), DHL Express Sweden (CEO) and Accenture.
Ted joined Recover as Group CEO in May 2023.
Erik holds a Master of Science degree, with Major in Finance from Norwegian School of Management BI, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia.
Erik came from the position as CFO of Norlandia Health & Care Group. Prior to this, Erik held several CFO positions within the Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors. He started his career at Goldman Sachs International.
Erik joined Recover as Group CFO in August 2022.
Christian joined Recover in January 2021 as Group CTO. Prior to Recover, he spent 12 years at Telenor in various commercial and technical roles including CIO, Head of Transformation and Head of Consumer Mobile.
Christian holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
Kristoffersen joined as CEO of the Norwegian business in January 2016.
He came from the position as Director Operations in Stanley Security where he worked for 5 years. Prior to this he filled various positions in companies like Mesta and Sønnico. He graduated from the Norwegian Business School in 2004 with a Masters degree in Financial Economics.
Prior to joining ISS Facility Services in 2001, Kim spent
almost 18 years in the Danish army. During his career in ISS he took up
different positions as a senior manager. In 2005 he was promoted
Regional Director/Regional Executive in ISS Facility Services. In 2011
he took up the position as Business Unit Director at ISS Damage Control
and subsequently switched to Recover Nordic in Denmark in 2013 as
CEO/Country Manager.
Kim holds a Diploma in Management from Niels Brock.
