Recover has acquired the Norwegian company Høytrykk og Vedlikeholdservice AS
Recover, the market leader for non-discretionary property remediation and environmental services in the Nordics have strengthened it’s position within Environmental Services in Norway, Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg, through the acquisition of Høytrykk og Vedlikeholdservice AS
As part of Recover's strategy to strengthen its position as a supplier for environmental services in Norway, Recover AS has completed the acquisition of Høytrykk og Vedlikeholdservice AS ("H&V"). H&V is a supplier of technical services for water and wastewater with an annual revenue of more than 16 MNOK. H&V has been a solid and loyal partner to Recover for many years and will give Recover a strategic geographic presence in Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad and the surrounding areas. H&V will continue to operate under its own name and brand, as a subsidiary of Recover Norway.
